Ikan Baulu Tanpa Tulang & Ayam Penyet
This is medium size & ½ of the Ikan Baulu, with boiled kangkung & raw cucumber.
Ayam Penyet (deep fried chicken thigh) served with spicy tempeh & raw cabbage.
Both served with steamed white rice, spicy chilli tomato & sup kosong.
Every restaurant have their own recipe of spicy chilli, and theirs are superb hot.
What I love about their restaurant is their sambal tempeh.
They've several branches; Manggatal, near ITCC, Pavilion Bundusan.
Menu is available in GrabFood & FoodPanda, prices are different in stores.
