Taiwan golden sweet potatoes balls 🍠
Another instagrammable food trend located at Lintas roadside, it is operate in a food truck by two 00's youngsters from Kuchai Lama.
I'd leisure chat with them while waiting, they're polite youngsters who work hard daily, they are working from morning until midnight.
They eat & drink irregular all the times, so kindly please considerate with them if cooking is slow. I waited approximately 1 hour to get mine.
Meanwhile it's depending on orders, they could cook merely 15 packs once in 15-25 minutes thus it'll finish rapidly if one buy 10 packs at once.
The texture is chewy if eat directly after deep fried, or you can wait until it cold then it will become crunchy. ( I prefer mine crunchy )
