🐷 Bibimbap, hot red jujube tea, kimchi stew with pork

Anyeonghaseiyo, this is my second visit. I've ordered Bibimbap with pork, a cup of hot red jujube tea, and kimchi pork stew (no picture). This is the most healthiest version of Bibimbap I've ever had. Also, it have purple color marinated veggies which is rare & attractive. As usual, the lady owner served 2 types of organic duck eggs, fried & over easy. I love the duck fried egg with runny egg yolk with the bibimbap. The kimchi pork stew was kinda disappointed though. In the menu picture, it showed 3 layers of pork, anyhow my boyfriend got merely pork chunks. Previously, I've tried several local Korean restaurant for kimchi stew/soup, and this restaurant are more to sour type instead of spicy. Nevertheless, the red jujube tea isn't making fresh, it's from instant & just mix with water following one's preference. It's sweet for me. Overall dining experience was fine, lady owner greeted customer with smile & emphasized her meals aren't prepare with msg.
