This historic coffee shop is no longer a favorite dining option just for locals, but it is now filled with tourists from China.
Peak hours begin at 0500pm, and customers need to queue patiently with numbers assign by the owner.
I ordered...
Stir fried rice noodles 'kosong'
Supreme pork ribs (small)
You Mak with fermented bean curd (small)
Despite the rice noodles being plain, Mr. Hubby loves it very much. I appreciated that they don't taste greasy at all.
However, the 'you mak' was bitter today! The pork ribs were okay, but Mr. Hubby found the sauce too salty for his taste.
The environment is warm most of the time, whether you sit inside or outside, due to the weather and the busy kitchen.
The service crews were polite always and quick action, from taking orders to serving and cleaning dishes at the table.

This Chinese coffee shop/restaurant is renowned among both locals & tourists, drawing in a constant stream of patrons.
It's specialty, the oyster sauce fried chicken wings is a definitely crowd-pleaser & one of the must-try-dish.
We also enjoyed the sweet & sour pork along with Mr Boyfriend's favourite, claypot seafood with choice of bean curd.
It's worth noting that most of their dishes featuring diced garlic, which adds a flavourful touch with the 'wok hei'.
Their quick service ensured our dishes were served in under 30 minutes & the prices were budget-friendly.
Customer is require to take number & queue if all the tables are occupied. They accept cash & duitnow for payments.

First of all wanted to queue for long time
Crowd with tourists
Soup was sour and salty not tasty
Every meat was over oily
Benefit was the fried fish meat huge
How Kee was better option compare this while both are 12 ringgit

The food is still hot every time it is served to table and super wok hei. Please come early by 6pm to avoid crowds if not u gonna stand there and watch other people eat 😂.
Food still good as usual, so wok hei u need to keep blowing on your food to cool it else will burn your tongue😂 and so flavorful especially the soup is a must order for me. Honey oyster chicken wing is their signature dish, we didn't order it but highly recommend it to you if you don't know what nice food to order next time.
