🐷 dry mix or soup 🍜
My favourite & regular orders are pork tendons, pork intestines & pork raw slices.
Anyhow, I'm in dilemma always how my meal should be cook & serve.
I found out their dry mix noodle are bland despite looking greasy & dark color, anyhow soup base is more flavourful.
The method of cooking with charcoal making the soup more flavourful.
Customer who loves extra greasy may request free fried lard with their staff.
