🐓 hainan chicken rice
each plate of chicken rice comes with bean sprouts (taugeh), pickled cucumbers and finely diced ginger, garlic & spring onion.
the cook on the rice was fragrant and the chicken we had was juicy and tender. only downside is it’s quite pricey for a plate of chicken rice :(
