I was craving Western meals for a late lunch after work, so I asked Mr Hubby to bring me here. I had no idea they closed at 5pm daily, but lucky me—despite I reached an hour before they close, they still took my order.

First, let’s talk about that Frankfurt bun.
The moment I took a bite, I was blown away. The house-made bun was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet still light inside without heavy dough-like. It’s the kind of texture I don’t expect anyhow instantly fall in love with.
And that filling? A rich, flavourful bolognese-style minced beef and with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. It wasn’t exactly like the menu photo, but honestly, it tasted even BETTER than I imagined.
I also tried Mr. Hubby’s mushroom chicken chop. The gravy leaned salty (his kind of thing), but the real surprise for me was the coleslaw—fresh, creamy, and nicely balanced. A great contrast to the hearty main.
Service was spot-on: fast, polite, and attentive. As someone who eats with both heart and curiosity, I walked away feeling well-fed and genuinely satisfied. This place may close early, but it delivers big flavour in every bite.

Guan is having a grand launch of their third Sabah's outlet at their new location in Sky88 from the 8th until 11th of August.
During the event, customer can enjoy a special offer of a hot black or white coffee and a mini croissant for just MYR2.
Customers can choose to dine in or take away. The place was swarmed with customers from morning until late noon.
The service is efficient and attentive, they regularly ensuring orders are served promptly, even we sat on the second floor.
The space is air-conditioned, spacious with a cozy, minimalist interior design. Anyhow, parking is limited specifically on weekend.
There's also a mini booth from Ecoland promoting their jackfruit smoothies, organic veggies, and more.

Assorted flavours and fillings of 'Ang Koh Kuih';
Green - red bean (my favourite)
Purple - crushed peanuts

Additionally, customers can select and specify their preferred sugar level for their drinks on the order form.
The 'ang koh kuihs', are signature item on their menu, is available exclusively on weekends for MYR 2.50 each.
The mini croissant is delightfully crispy with a hint of buttery flavor. I enjoy dipping it into my hot white coffee.

Was quite shocked when we saw the RM11 Mocha served in very small cup, should be 150ml only. But the cup very cantik. My fren said a bit too sweet

Roti Kahwin toast of Guan's is the Best in town!!!
Hainan chicken chop big portion, not bad.
Ground floor small space, beautifully deco, open bar, can watch the drink making, music quite loud.
Well trained staff, will greet u, will fly to collect all of your used plates, bowls immediately. But coz too small space, u juz keep on hearing welcome to Guan's, berapa orang, duduk sini boleh? Due to limited space, the waiters stand very near to you, shy shy a bit. Those need private space can go upstair.
1st floor big space, big table, can meeting, can tidur, can do homework. Afternoon big sun, so dun sit near window.
They have atas "food lift" to send food upstair.
