The restaurant has been rebranded and revamped with a fresh new look, featuring more Indian-inspired décoration and a revamped menu. I was drawn by their enticing Thali set meals, and I decided to give it a try.
The ambiance is complemented by relaxing music, creating a soothing atmosphere. The place is well-maintained and meals served are hygienic, with service crews that are quick and attentive as well.
We ordered
Veg Thali set with chicken curry
Nasi goreng (not in the picture)
Thosai
Plain lassi
Thali means plate in Hindi, represents a balanced meal nutritionally and flavourful. It is an Indian traditional meal that serve a variety of dishes together on a single platter, came with papadum, sambhar and rasam.
The curry is spot on, spicy and tangy, Mr Hubby enjoyed the fried rice because it had the smoky, charred flavour he was expecting. Everything was good, except the green veggie in my Thali set were overly salty.
Kthxbye.
