🍜 SLURP-worthy noodle 🍛

I remember visiting this coffee shop as a child, and recently, I had the opportunity to revisit it with my family. It remains bustling with customers of all ages. Their signature dish, stir-fried salted veggies with yellow noodles, is still a crowd favourite and signature dish. What sets their noodles apart is their non-sticky texture, which I particularly enjoy. During my visit last weekend, I wanted to try their sweet and sour pork. To my delight, I was seated at the back of the kitchen, granting me a full view of their operations, including the preparation of their famous BBQ pork. The pork was sliced and deep-fried to a crisp perfection, while the vegetables retained their freshness without being overcooked. Although the dishes tended to be on the heavier and saltier side, they perfectly matched the local palate preferences. Service crews serve soup of the day. Overall, it was a satisfying and savoury dining experience with my families. Will I coming back? Absolutely. Kthxbye.
