🐷 Housemade BBQ Pork Fresh Out Of The Oven 🍜

Mr Hubby was craving their mee soup, so we went there for weekend's breakfast. We ordered... Mee soup with mixed pork innards and bbq pork Stir fried rice noodle with pickled veggies, tomato, soft bean curd and bbq pork However, it seemed like today's noodles were cooked in a bit of a rush and lacked that signature burnt taste 'wok hei'. On the bright side, the char siu was delicious, and I managed to snap a picture of it rest after fresh out of the oven. Mr Hubby got me a bowl of sup kosong with winter melon and meat, which was full of flavour, with the addition of fried onions. He loves to sit behind the kitchen, as it's cooler than sitting inside the coffee shop, smokey and crowded with others. Kthxbye.
