Payau Briyani 🦌

'Payau' is deer in Sabahan slang and Payau curry is latest dishes in their menu. I love Briyani & I had mine with Payau curry. The chef will cook the Briyani with customer's choices of meat in banana leaf so kindly have some patience waiting. I like & enjoyed the side dishes served. One of it is sweet candy-like dish, it helped soothe down the spiciness from the Payau curry, yet pleasant. Also, hot teh tarik to end my wonderful brunch. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments.
