If you're a cat lover, Cat & Mei Café in Luyang Perdana is a purrfect spot for a laid-back outing.
From the moment you step in, the warm, homey vibe immediately makes you feel right at home. The interior, with its mix of sofas, side tables, chairs, and both coffee and dining tables, creates a cozy atmosphere with different seating options to suit your mood.
I even spotted an old sewing machine repurposed into a table, now used to hold their water jar, glasses, and cutlery drawers—such a charming touch!
One of the highlights of this delightful café is the cat tree on the balcony, where the resident cats can be seen resting. It’s a wonderful spot to observe them while you enjoy your food and drinks.
As for the food, everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The apple almond tart, lemon tart, and carrot cake were all packed with flavour. The affogato and mixed berries yohurt smoothie were spot on, perfectly balancing out all the desserts.
Highly recommend for anyone in need of a relaxing, cat-filled getaway!

I've seen numerous positive reviews about this cafe, so I decided to try it for myself.
The daily menu is chalk-written on a big wallboard for customers to see.
I wanted to try the sourdough sandwich with stir-fried beef, but it was sold out.
Instead, I ordered the homemade lamb patties with steamed white rice, a fried egg, and pickled radish with brown sauce.
Additionally, I got the dessert of the day, hor ka sai cheesecake, along with a cup of hot hojicha latte for Mr Hubby.
Customers can play with and adopt the cafe's cats and kittens on the balcony, they're very clingy with anyone.
The place is cozy and quiet, making it suitable for any group activities. There's sockets available and convenient.
Overall, the dining experience and the food was decent and tasted like homecooked, but parking is limited though.

Oways come here with anticipation & go home with sastification.
No Tiramisu today, so tried the Houjicha Tea-ramisu. Nice taste, but of coz, i prefer the more cakey texture of Tiramisu with Kahlua.
So far, for me, the Tiramisu here is the best in KK.

Tiramisu big portion, cake body "duang duang duang" (fluffy), the kahlua good good
Sourdough Sandwich : QQ sourdough, not smelly, chicken grilled to standard, little sour refreshing sauce, not greasy, rich ingredients, high cp value
Red dates, longan , goji-berry tea: Good good, nice aroma, red dates very soft yet still in shape, nice presentation.

I had assam beef stew rice with sambal egg & fried vege. Yum yum. 😍
This is my 4th time visit this cafe & it is often overlooked. It is located on the first floor of Luyang Perdana shoplot, 2 lots away from One Roof Cafe only. You need to take a staircase (next to the pink laundry shop) to reach this cafe.
They changed their menu everyday on their chalkboard based on availability. It is operated by a mom & daughter duo for few years now. They have many cats decoration & plants. Very cozy.
I remembered trying the quiche last time & peach yogurt drink. SUPER GOODDD. They serve cakes too.
The parking space is a bit limited but you can always park illegally by the road side. Only take cash, DuitNow & Boost.
