Fish and Chips
Chiu's use Alaskan Pollock for their fish and chips which puts it waaaaay better than any other fish and chips I had in KK. It's a staple whenever we Grabfood from the premise. The light batter did still be crisp despite travelling all the way to Kolombong. I can only imagine it will be a blast to eat in.
