น outside , nice batter; dense inside with the vanilla cream partially melted into the cookie, meanwhile still maintaining some texture of the Oreo, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Different layers of texture and sweetness, UNIQUE.

Foochow Delight on Saturday- Diang Biang Hu (้ผ่พน็ณ): Generous portion, rich ingredients, authentic broth. The rice sheet is cut into pieces style, not the mok mok (mushy) style.
