Black Pepper Beef with Crispy Shredded Kailan Shown as chef recommended. Was okay okay saja to my opinion. Guess the selling point would be its crispy shredded kailan, in which was a first to me. Initially thought it was meant for garnishing only haha but was told edible. Texture is similar to crispy seaweed.
