Taliwang Racks
Huge rack as you can see in the picture, It is the first time i heard of taliwang. The meat portion is quite respectable.
The taliwang taste more like sambal and other vege mixed, indonesia style, not that spicy. I am abit mixed on the taste tbh.
I don't like the thick fries, not crispy, just like big chunk of potato.
Overall i think this dish is quite meh. Maybe other dish is better.
