🍜 Dry Mix Rice Noodle with Braised Beef 🐮
I returned on a weekday morning specifically for the ngiu chap. This time, I opted for the dry mixed rice noodles, hoping to savour the rich flavour of the braised beef.
However, things took an unexpected turn when I noticed an overpowering of sour taste. Finding it odd, I shared my experience with the Mrs Owner.
She promptly apologized & expressed gratitude for my honest feedback. She then explaining that he had been mixing the ingredients without precise measurements.
Interestingly, Mr Boyfriend didn't taste the sourness as he ordered the handmade noodle soup with braised beef. They accept cash & e-wallets.
