Braised Noodles with Prawns

鲜虾焖面 (loosely translated to fresh prawns with braised noodles). Not sure if this is on their menu but was recommended by the ex-captain. Doesn't look like much on the photo (It's my lack of photography skills - prawn shells included in case anyone thinks the prawn comes peeled haha) but tastes superb if you like braised noodles, with strong fragrances of spring onion and ginger.
