Dissapointing lunch

The most dissapointing club sandwich I have ever had. The bread not toasted and it was very dried, even the tomato sauce is the most tasteless I ever have(big thumb can make even a tomato sauce tasteless) The tuaran mee is not crispy and no "wok"... Both are dissapointing for taste, price and environment. Even the service is bad where the waitress keeps confusing our menu.
