🥩Oxtail AP; The Flavour’s Right, But The Texture’s Fight 🤦🏻‍♀️

Kopi Ping Cafe has reopened after a recent renovation! The space is extremely cold with the powerful air-conditioning and impeccably hygienic, providing a cozy and inviting environment for dining in. I ordered oxtail asam pedas rice and a bottled Kopi Ping for brunch before heading to work. Although the preparation for the oxtail took quite some time, however the texture fell short of my expectations. The flavour is savoury with hints of tanginess and spiciness, complemented by mouthwatering plating. However, the texture is tough and chewy, with the meat not falling off the bone as expected. Haiyaaaa…. Kthxbye.
