Mango Cream Cheese Jelly Cake
Mango Cream Cheese Jelly Cake from Hyatt Regency.
All the layers (the refreshing mango jelly, thin layer of vanilla sponge and cheesecake) goes very well together flavour-wise. It's a non-bake cheesecake, mind. So if you're looking for more actual cake texture, this is not the one for you. Comes with the usual Marie's biscuit base (non-soggy that I like).
