I've found the perfect definition kompiah;-
crispy on the outside,
savoury in the middle,
and soft chewy inside.
It's only MYR7 for 3 pieces. The kompiah is limited and not always available, as it's freshly delivered from Kuching.
I tried the braised pork leg rice with a side of fried pork, which came with spicy oil, along with the red wine wonton soup.
Mr. Hubby ordered their signature mixed noodles and he opted for the handmade flat noodles and spicy this time.
We both thoroughly enjoy every meal here—it is one of our favorite spots for affordable Sarawak cuisine.
Kthxbye.
