🍜 Red Braised Beef with Handmade Noodle 🍖

This spot is specializes in mixed China cuisine and it's located near housing and schools area. Parking is limited, so finding a spot here might be tricky. The place was bustling with customers shortly after we arrived. Ms Owner is polite and highly recommends their signature dishes, She mentioned that the noodles can be refilled, but only ONCE. We ordered... Red braised beef with handmade noodles Pickled cabbage and fresh fish slices with Guilin-style thick rice noodles, Mixed wontons soup with bone broth Cold sour plum soup I enjoyed the cold sour plum soup, which was served chilled from the fridge without ice, ensuring the flavor remained strong. The meals were splendid, even with the noodle refill, however the portion wasn’t quite enough for both of us. The place is comfortable, offering both air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor dining options with wash basin. My favorite was the sour plum soup drink. It had a wonderful herbal aroma. I ended up getting another cup before I left. Kthxbye.
