New Kopitiam at BSA

Yesterday went to new Yit Foh Kopitiam, only opened 3 days ago. Tried their chocolate egg tart, nothing special, not dark one. Didn't tried their polo bun, pricey compared to regular bakery, not sure why... They use charcoal to toast their bread, kinda cool, tastier maybe? I saw Sabamian lady boss was there, means they are related?
