Have a plate of Kuet Toew before go to class. Bcz uni don't have this best Kuet Toew.

Still the best Kuet Toew in Sabah. Everytime, want eat Kuet Toew this store is my first choice. The price has been increased RM 1 become RM 11.

Curry Noodles - RM11
Ordered ours with standard toppings but without cockles. Very rich in flavour but not till the extend that you feel overwhelmed by it by the time you finish the entire bowl. Not quite spicy so it leaves one warm, content and satisfied.

Char kuey teow add base and add topping
Standard toppings: Prawns, lap cheong (chinese sausage) and siham (cockles)
Ordered mine cockles-free and very satisfied by my order. Comes with generous amount of prawns and lap cheong. Beanstalks and chives were in abundance and also stir fried thoroughly (I cry if beanstalks half raw). Oil used ngam ngam enough, not drowning nor underestimated 👍

Fried fish cake. Alalala... Lupa gambar pula till the last paiseh (embarassing) piece left.
Didn't plan to order this in the first place but sambil menunggu mains to arrive (full house bah hari tu), order lah. Is this a gimmick for us to try their sides hahahaha 🤣
For this dish you get a generous amount of thickly cut fish cake. The oil used is clean, can tell. Comes with sweet thai chilli sauce to dip. Special? Not really but syok juga makan.

Lorbak - one of their side dishes. Price point unsure because it wasn't listed and we didn't ask.
For those who don't know, lorbak is meat roll seasoned with Chinese five-spice powder, wrapped in beancurd sheets and deep fried. Not quite common to find in KK.
This one has good flavours but doesn't come with the usual chilli sauce so we cicah with the standard chilli paste (also very good) on the table saja. Recommended to kudap2 while you wait for your mains.

First time visiting this kopitiam. We were lucky to grab the last empty table.
The lady captain and waitresses are attentive, polite and patient to recommend us their signature dishes 👍 Hot water to celup your utensils is given automatically, x payah minta. Chilli oil is also fresh. Seems like they don't refill much at one go for quality assurance.
Waited a bit (not very long either) for the mains to arrive but understandable given it was a full house. Environment is spick and span, cooling too. Their tissue provided also high class thick ply. Biasa kopitiams either don't provide at all or give you those really thin ones that we end up using more tissue??So yes I'm impressed and please don't go waste their tissue. It's a cost juga for their business.

Saw many reviewed this place saying these 2 are so good.
So…… yes the curry one is good for local taste hahah but sadly they ran out of siham for that dish. So far it’s acceptable for me. Maybe will get one for myself on my next visit.
While the CKT wok hei very strong but the taste isn’t as Penang as it is. Somehow it’s missing something but don’t know what is it 🤣
The portion for CKT is a lot 🌚 prolly bc I asked to add siham? So the portion are bigger?

Recommended by a friend to try out their siham curry meehoon cuz I am a big fan of siham. First try and doesn’t upset me! Taste like Penang 😍😍
My family and I are half Penang-blood. My dad likes their CKT but portion a bit small for RM10 per plate, he rate 8/10
For Siham curry meehoon, I rate 8/10 too due to the portion.
They have kuehs too but so so only except the santan pulut.
Overall are good.
Will drop by again to fix my curry cravings next time!

As promised , revisit for Penang Fried Koeh Teow this time.
A typical Penang CKT, lap cheong, kucai, prawn, taugeh, egg.......
Not oily
Free flow little spicy , sweet sambal
Aftertaste is quite salty for me , tongue feeling uncomfortable, not sure is due to the CKT or the sambal
Full house at 8:30am, got 3 groups queuing while i was enjoying my food
Got sell kuchai pancake, peanut mochi, ondeh-ondeh, all nice nice
