I always order fried pork sandakan noodles which is my all time favourite best match with their in house sambal. Staff is friendly. I ask for soup and extra sambal also provided

Ah Yen has introduced a menu featuring fried pork served with housemade crispy fried lard, blanched veggie and a perfectly oozing sunny side up egg.
The name in Mandarin is even better; 黯然销魂炸肉饭, translating to English as "Soul-Crushing Deep-Fried Pork Rice."
The dish is paired with a savory pork ribs soup. Also, the generous portion are sure left me and my stomach satisfied.
The whole dish was served in the nostalgic traditional rooster bowls, making it looks simpler yet homecooked style. I love it!
The restaurant is always full with local regular customers and now, hot-spot for the tourists, making the whole place so lively and warm due to packed crowds.

Always wanted to try but I afraid the pork very less so postponed many times. Since the pork price decrease a tiny little bit so I decide to have a try while waiting my glasses to be done.

Fried pork kueyteow sup RM11.90
Fried pork konlaumee change to 弹弓面 RM11.90 + rm1.5 [for the 弹弓面］
Both noddles serve is generous portion of fried pork and also cakoi(i don't understand 🤣) Taste is quite good, fried pork is crispy and well seasoned. Konlaomee serve with very kaw sup, but for me is a little too much of msg 😕 their chili does not serve on the table, only will serve with the noddles but its very spicy and match really well with the noodles.
Price in the menu are not included sst and svt. Total is around rm28+ only 2 meals no drinks.

Can choose kuey tiaw / mee / meehoon, and also dry / soup. I ordered a fried pork dry meehoon with crispy fried pork and few fresh deep fried dough sticks.

Just like the heading, I was shooketh. Because I have ate at the Suria branch several times, and the portion is surprisingly bigger this time. My guess is probably different chef working for that day 😂 or the chef was in a good mood, maybe?
Anyway, I really enjoyed my fried pork kuey teow that day 😌🤤 The fried pork was rather crunchy, previously the ones I have had were less crunchy. My sister also enjoyed her fried pork kuey teow. Meanwhile, my brother had dumpling kuey teow (not in the pic)
Environment-wise, it's always so crowded. I just hope they have a bigger shoplot, to have more space. With the space they currently have, I felt rather uncomfortable with the near distance with other customers who are dining there too. However, their service was decently quick enough. So, faster eat, faster ciao loh.

我们吃了他们的炸肉汤面和皮蛋水饺汤面
炸肉汤面 - 不错但有点重口味，炸肉有点咸
皮蛋水饺汤面 - 没有什么味道(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)，皮蛋水饺也没有想象中那么好吃
可是我喜欢他们的河粉的口感 超好吃！他们的汤也蛮好喝

Fried pork so jeng, crispy and bland well with the sauce 👍 Wanted to try the mui choi pork but it’s selling out tonight 😢
First try for the meat ball soup, the soup got no “zhu sao 猪骚”, it’s taste like thick 吊片 with ikan bilis, not bad! And a lot of coriander 🌿 I love it so much 🥰 My parents approve 🙆🏻♀️ it’s their first time here btw! And doesn’t feel thirsty after finished the whole bowl of soup 👅
Also get ourselves “premium pu erh” tea for 3 of us which is refillable. My parents love it!
A bit pack tonight maybe because of holiday. Food served quite fast and service is great!
