Been here a few times already. Soo sedap!
Here’s what i ordered:
-Biang biang (RM18)
-Chinese tea (FOC)
They accept cash and QR payment only.

Although this place is famous for their biang biang mee, I ordered their beef noodles.
The taste is okay, it isn't heavy like I thought it would. And it's not salty, so it will suit people who are trying to eat more healthy.

Had once during my china days, it did not surprise me, and i try this one here in KK. I can say it tastes the same, so maybe it's authentic? But to me it's just not flavourful enough, nothing surprising. It's not that salty though, maybe suitable for people that like light taste.

Finally, it's reopened at Foh Shang after my last visit during Christmas Eve 2020 (last 2 pictures attached) where it's origin located at Kampung Air.
Their operating hours are from 10:30am (open), serving customers from 11am until 2:30pm, then reopen again at 5:30pm until 8:30pm or sold out.
Limited tables & seats. Customer are required to make orders & payment at the counter. Also, chinese tea & soup are free refill. Here's what I've ordered;
🍜 signature 'biang biang' noodle
Fresh ingredients, braised pork & tomatoes gravy are delicious, noodle are al dente.
I'm highly recommend to add with the chilli oil for extra kick, or, you can request the level of spiciness when you place order.
However, I wish the plating could improve though.
🫓 'rou jia mo' (Chinese pork burger)
I ordered the standard type which lean meat & fats together. It's much more delicious than I'd previously.
The baiji white bread is super cripsy, braised pork are aromatic.
They accept cash only for payments. Service crews are polite & helpful. I waited more than 1 hour for my orders. Checkout my ig;_humanburrito.bki

Queue around 15 mins and then waited around 20 mins after ordered. Not much seat also
Tbh the Biang Biang Mee really tasty portion is huge also. Not salty one but very flavorful. Mee and the sauce is enough, can ignore the meat🤣
Mee quite QQ duno how to describe.. recommended if u can wait 🤣they located at Eulogeo old location

Tomato Egg Noodle : 我以为只有biangbiang面是很大份的，这鸡蛋面上来的时候我再次傻眼了😮😮碗很大，面也不少。。。
很大吃的我空腹来挑战，但还是用了六牛一虎之力才能吃完肉夹馍和面，普通胃一定要share share。味道好吃，爽口，对胃，没有肉也吃得津津有味😋😋。

这次终于记得拍肉夹馍全身了。饼皮是偏硬的，牙口不好的要注意下。今天的馍没有多多汤汁。The bread a bit keras punya pattern ya.

Xi An Noodle House reopen at Bornion Centre, above 99 Speed Mart, next to Joseph Siu Nyuk.
肥瘦肉夹馍好好吃，脆脆不掉渣的馍配上软烂微微油腻的肉末，加上肉汤，再加上一点辣椒油，一口接一口！！！Chinese Pork Burger is the best! Crunchy crunchy, porky porky, juicy juicy. Best seller.
好吃到我忘记把馍拿出来拍了😂😂
今天5.50pm,馍卖完了，明天请早。Today the bread sold out at 5.50pm
biangbiang面: 大份到！！！味道和你看到配料后所想像的味道一样，有点清爽，特别。真的很大份，1人要吃完的话需要很空腹，要不然多是碳水，挺heavy的。

刚开张不久，peak hour需要排队一下下
刚营业不久，食物需要等下。
Serving time longer a bit,15-30 mins during peak hour as baru open. The chair is comfortable to sit, so angin bagus.
今天5.16pm店内满桌（不是满客，因为有些4人桌只坐1人）下单，肉夹馍等17分钟，面等31分钟。环境舒服，特别是椅子很好坐，所以得空时可以耐心等。😊
