The noodle is called 四大天王 because got 4 types of 料 on top, charsiew (叉烧) + saunyuk (烧肉) + minced meat (肉碎) + deep fried sliced bittergourd (炸苦瓜). The noodles are green because it's spinach noodles (菠菜面)
Noodles 很特别, really interesting, something new and different from what I usually have. The tofu is really good too, very generous with the minced meat 🤤🤤🤤
