Very nice but pity staff taking order and making bingsu all alone

Previous review about madbean got talk about we having bingsu after dinner which is just opposite Madben. This place use to be a bakery now they are serving bingsu, milktea and toast. Ordered Korean milk bingsu with Nutella sauce. Quite full so only get the smallest one. Taste is good Korean milk got very strong milk taste and not too sweet. Match well with the Nutella. Maybe because it's already 9pm+ so only 1 crew is working which taking orders, making bingsu and drinks. She keep taking off and wearing on the gloves coz customer keep coming in and she don't have the chance to make the bingsu. Got 1 Chinese guy only come out after so long not sure what he doing. So if who ever trying this saw her working alone maybe can be more patient waiting. Will I come back? Definitely yes and I wanna try the yam 🤤
