Cha Tra Mue has recently inaugurated their 3rd kiosk at ITCC. You can find it conveniently situated on the ground floor (near the heart of the mall), just right in front of PaPa's pastries shop.
I indulged in their creamy iced Thai milk tea & delightful iced Thai green milk tea. I noticed that they offer soft serve as well. They accept & QR code (not e-wallets) for payments.
