Service is painfully show whether it's due to a lack of staff or inefficient operations , waiting times are much longer than they should be 🤣🤣
PS# I won't be purchasing Chagee again from this branch or anywhere in Sabah unless I'm in China or KL because their speed is really faster compare Sabah's service speed!! 🤮

I ordered from grab, delivery quite fast also. The sweetness I order is less sweet so more healthy??!

The milk tea are excellent, my favorites being the white peach oolong and the osmanthus oolong. The drink is flavorful with strong tea flavor. It is refreshing. Definitely be back for more.

3rd time try chagee did they change the recipe or something ???
Hehe last time I told my friend the tea too healthy got flavour but no sweet sweet
I tried sutera avenue and suria both of them got sweeter eh 🥸

Good place to talk and study actually, very fast oso they clean the table , I saw a table left the guy speed walk from across and clean 3 table 💪🏋♀️

繁花似锦 (也就是水果乌龙茶)
- 有点失望，毕竟价格蛮辣但是有点普通。
- 只尝到橙子和百香果的味道，喝不出有茶香或其他水果的味道。
- 水果方面有西瓜，柠檬片，橙子片，苹果，百香果，哈密瓜，吉仔和菠萝。应该是这样的多。但是西瓜竟是苦苦的！哈密瓜其中一块还有很细很细的毛发😣 能吃的而且算是最好吃的就只是苹果片。
- 说真的，我还偏向于另一间的水果茶。
柚念酌 (也就是葡萄柚茉莉花茶)
- 这个算是可以的。口感是偏向于冰沙。
- 味道方面葡萄柚和茉莉花茶融合得蛮好蛮平衡，不会被其中味道盖过。
- 只是整体来说是属于偏淡的，如果和其他饮料店的葡萄柚茉莉花茶比较之下。只能说其他饮料店比较注重葡萄柚的味道，反而这间是比较注重茶香味。所以还是看个人的，喜欢偏浓或是偏淡的味道。
环境没得说，在客流量很少的时候很好很舒服。只是如果人潮拥挤的时候，内用的位置会偏窄。价钱我不宜多说，看个人的经济能力😏 对我本人就偏贵，只能久久来一杯。服务至今我觉得蛮好，没什么意见。

Tried 5 flavors from their milk tea range. White peach, Tie Guan Yin, Glutinous, Da Hong Pao and Osmanthus. My first try which is the White peach, fell in love with that…i can taste the strong tea flavor & the milk was so smooth. After each time I try and the 5th tries which is Osmanthus…it become tasteless where is the osmanthus flavor 🤣 I want the strong milk tea flavor to come back please…if next time it still taste bland i might give it a pass

Their drinks was bland in taste. Not exactly the same like the past few times I ordered. The taste of tea was super weak. There seems only very few people in the shop but on the contrary the quality of tea served is very poor. Not worth the money to order already.
