Last week, Flourae offered a cake slice combo featuring 4 different flavours in single slice. I informed her some of the chiffon cake flavours I would like to try & she makes it happened! Here's listed the 4 flavours with top rating & my favourite: Mocha Caramel Two thick layers of coffee chiffon A layer of coffee fromage filling A thin layer of salted caramel sauce Frosted with mocha chantilly cream (black coffee dairy cream + 54.5% of pure cocoa) Matcha white chocolate The finest Japanese uji matcha chiffon cloud cake layered with the subtle pleasantness of Belgian semi matcha white chocolate ganache then finish off with matcha white chocolate whipped cream. Black sesame & taro yam Homemade toasted black sesame sauce layer with pure taro yam paste & chantilly cream then finish off with a layer of black sesame cream. Osmanthus honey lemon Homemade lemon curd & osmanthus honey chantilly cream. A cake that delivers sweet & sour instantly. I adore her homemade cakes as not only it's crafted with professional touch & boasts exceptional quality. Kthxbye.

Flourae.Co announced their slices cake combo set in instagram a week ago before they're going on a trip. The cake combo set contain 4 slices of different flavours cake slices, here's my feedback; 🥭 mango coconut chiffon 🥥 fluffy vanilla chiffon cake sandwiched with coconut pudding, fresh & sweet mango cubes with coconut dairy whipped cream. I enjoyed the coconut dairy whipped cream, taste so light yet fresh aftertaste. Yum! 🍫 dark chocolate caramel banana 🍌 chiffon cloud cake, layer cream, frosting made from 54.5% of Belgian Chocolate & sandwiched with sweet caramelized banana slices & salted caramel sauce. Combination of sweet & bitterness just makes you want to indulge more & less guilt free. 🍯 osmanthus honey lemon 🍋 Less sweet honey chiffon cloud cake accompanied with homemade lemon curd tangy sourness & fragrance osmanthus honey chantilly cream. The lemon curd slightly overpowered thus I could barely taste the osmanthus honey cream. 🆕️ ☕️ crumble coffee cheese cake 🧀 Despite it has the least attractive appearance, anyhow this is the MOST MINDBLOWING Triple C cake (coffee+cheesecake+cookies crumble) I ever had. It's their 🆕️ flavour & currently ongoing trials. The strong fragrance of espresso blended perfectly well with the cheese cake, the cookies crumble on top are made from scratch & adding extra texture to your pallet.
