Quite shocked when entering, didn't know 88 branch is so small & packed
A big group tourists came in, so no waiter left to entertain us at 1st, understandable.
Actually we ordered a vege dish, but it not yet turn up after we finish our food, so we cancel it.

The food is good, not perfect, but enjoyable. The private room's atmosphere is intimate, and the boss and waiters are friendly. It's a perfect spot for a family gathering.🍲
We even get free tangyuan 汤圆 from them—how great is that? Haha, yay!🍡

First time dine in at GT branch at 88 Market place & the restaurant is smaller & packed than I expected.
HK style yellow & spinach noodle menu is available from morning until 6pm. They've vegetarian & rice option.
Here's what we ordered:
Signature curry noodles with bbq pork
curry smell aromatic & taste like typical chinese curry. It was okay & average for Mr Boyfriend.
Braised noodle prawn & sliced pork
I like the egg noodle, cripsy texture with eggy taste.
I bought the HK cripsy roasted duck for a friend of mine from USA (no picture). She loves it!

Love their noodles here especially beef keowteow. But their roasted pork wasn't juicy or crisp tat evening.
Drinks always on point. Cukup KAW never fail for their Teh Tarik Ping...

The watan ho is so pretty!! The egg is not too raw and the gravy is smooth. All of the food very heavy wok hei smell 😋 Ginger onion australian beef taste really good!
Service is good too, the price is a little bit pricey than other place but worth it with the aircon environment 🤣

Very nice and special, kid favourite 冰镇古佬肉can for 4 to 5 people eat, and many delicious dish, location at gam tong Kepayan will visit again, everyone must try this, my sis come from kl also like to eat at here, but suggest call them for booking, because if weekend or holiday, full house and many choice of food the best choice if want eat lunch breakfast or dinner, they have many branch at kota Kinabalu sabah, if have chance can go try

Okay, I used to list “king hu” as my first Beijing duck restaurant. But their other dish are so-so only.
But this! Gamtong! Duck is good, other dishes are also super good! Especially their honey chicken!
Got all of these in medium size which only cost RM190+ ! We expected to pay RM280+ 🤣
Their service crew are okay with you are in big group (cause you get to book the room) but is a little bit crowed and squeezed if sit outside.
Tips here: My family and I (6 person) got a small room cause their room was available. And we booked earlier for the Beijing duck!
Overall, it’s a good experience in terms of their taste, and their price 🥰
