Didn't know what to eat and passed by damai. Upperstar is empty, literally empty. Grill patio is full house. What happen to upperstar? 😮
So we joined the crowd at grill patio. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Another 5 minutes to clean the table. Another 5 minutes to get our food ordered. And 10 minutes for our food to arrive.
Food is eatable. Can feel the ingredients used are cheap. Bun, patty, fries, lamb chop, even lettuce.
Chicken burger is rm10++
Lamb chop is rm24++
Price excluding tax.
Environment is not clean. Staffs are friendly, just need a better system for seating, ordering and food serving. Some are clueless.
There is definitely a huge market for budget Western food in kk.

Nowadays in kk sang nyuk mian also need RM10+++. But this spaghetti + steak only need RM11 wow...
The grill chicken tastes quite good, but the carbonara spaghetti a bit bland. The portion size is above average.
And you know what surprise me the most? the price are so cheap!!! Highly affordable for poor western food craver like me.

Pros: spiciness and the taste of aglio olio are just nice

Well since the price is very very very affordable, so you can't expect too much from their lamb (meat quality & taste)

The environment here is comfortable. The food here isn't the best, but compared to other restaurants around the same price point, this is much more worth it. The fish and chips I had was good. Will definitely come back for another meal!

Went with my family, ordered this gunung kinabalu set to share.
Taste wise is okay, you get what you pay for. It comes with 3 burgers, one fries, one wedges, and some chops. Its enough for 4-6 ppl, depends on your appetite.
It costs less than rm50 including drinks. So I think its really cheap.
Place is a bit noisy and squeeshy. Dint really follow sop. Not sure if people still care nowadays? 🤔
Anyway, service is 😒, something to be improved.
