I was feeling super guilty from eating too much junk food, so I needed a healthier meal option and decided to have my regular poke bowl salad in GFS.
All the food provided are fresh and delicious, no funny smell or funny taste, like what I have experienced in other poke bowl shops. Their boiled eggs are always perfectly cooked, I can’t even guarantee that with my cooking skills.
In terms of convenience of visiting here, parking spots in Lintas are always occupied. Overall, I think it is worth it.

One with pan seared salmon and another one is maguro tuna.
Cz of my mom dont want raw tuna, you can actually request the staff to cook it for you(after being served on table) 👍🏻

I like their fried cauliflower and their almond butter sauce.
Their almond butter sauce kinda match with greens.
Not so like their ABC soup, taste abit weird to me sry
Portion kinda big, just order through the foodie web abit confusing at first.
Make sure after u order press to payat cashier or through payment gateway else they will be like duno u ordered

Location & Service - Had some trouble looking for the location as it situated upstair on lintas square. The shop was seperated into 2 parts - delivery pick up area & dine in section. As first time visitor I stepped into display counter area which I assume to order and pay there but the staff let me stood there for good 5 minutes without attending us.
Food & Value - Wide variety choices of fresh ingredients. Love the part i can build my own bowl to customise and also protein filled bowl selection for fitness need. Overall generous portion with good taste, every dish comes with hot soup value for money compare to other poke outlets.

Very impressed with both quality and quantity of the food...and price is very reasonable. Ordered their customized bowl and I am a legume lover hence you can see my bowl looks kinda sad in colours. But man, with Rm16...I got Almonds, chic peas, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds and baked pumpkin...that's a steal. The chicken is nicely cooked and seasoned...tender, juicy and flavourful. The brown rice is surprisingly nice too.
I should really upgrade my meat to beef...the beef is sooooooooo nice.
For beverage, I ordered the avocado smoothie and wow, it is good.
Definitely a place to dine again if i visit KK again.

Portion a bit small, Always not fully full. Probably design to be that way so won't over eat 😅

Magic mushroom
- 第一口觉得很好吃，又脆口，有点惊艳到我。但是吃久了觉得太重口味，偏死咸。
Baked potato
- 这个蛮好吃的，马铃薯任何的烹调方式都不会差到哪里去。
Baked pumpkin
- 这个味道普通，也说不上难吃。就蛮清淡的…
毛豆edamame
- 普普通通，就是没有调味的毛豆。但是熟度拿捏得蛮好。
Salsa
- 我记得以前很像还有掺一些料。这次只有黄梨，也不会难吃。就是黄梨味道😅 但是是一个蛮好的搭配其他主食。
饭
-又干又硬….不消化🥲
其他的我就没意见了。有些我没尝试，不然就是味道普普通通，没什么意见。 整体来说吃完了一盘，嘴里感觉很咸很口渴。然后饭很硬很干，难吞咽。价钱方面还算值得。服务还可以。环境不错。

Healthy bowl.🥗 pretty food. Portion is a bit small for big eater. I like the fried cauliflower and wakame. First try the mash potatoes base is a bit bland for me is not to my liking.

To our surprise it was quite fulfilling and flavourful.
🌮 Aloha Nori
It was okay, the seaweed taco crust on the outside was a bit oily for me, but it’s crispy.
We were quite full but still managed to finish everything. Environment was quite simple. Will revisit again next time 👍🏻
