🧀 Cheess & Oreo Seolgi 🍫

Seolgi or known as Baekseologi is traditional Korean rice cake made from rice flour dough, sugar & salt. Usually eaten during special occasions like baby's 100th day. It needs to be pre order, limited quantity available & specially homemade by Ms Jenny. I've ordered 2 flavours from her, cheese & oreo. Both of them was wrapped with plastic. I put it overnight in the fridge, and steamed it 10 minutes before I eat for breakfast today. The texture are totally different with Chinese kuihs. It's not greasy, but puffy & fluffy with filling in the middle. My families including me prefer the cheese flavour because it taste savoury, however the oreo taste sweeter though, it's could be an option for high tea & healthier substitute for ice cream or cookies.
