This restaurant has been in operation for over 25 years. Majority of it's customers are loyal patrons.
This chinese restaurant is a hidden gem & nestled within a diverse neightborhood at Kampung Sembulan.
Finding a parking spot here is absolutely challenging. There's no legal parking hence park is at one's own risk.
The restaurant is open from 0530pm until 10pm. Lady owner is taking customer's orders inside the restaurant.
There's a menu board inside displays dishes size along with the corresponding prices & veggies available today.
Here's what I've ordered:
sweet & sour pork (small)
The pork cube is larger than any place I've eaten before. It's infused with spices before deep fried.
While the flavour of the pork cube is delicious, anyhow the texture is lean towards being slightly hard to chew, prolly they aren't battered.
stir fried 'di huang miao' (ceylon spinach) with fermented bean curd (small)
This veggies is perfectly cooked, resulting crunchiness that's utterly delicious.
I could barely taste the fermented bean curd though.
Most of the meats are pre-cooked or deep fried beforehand hence second times cooking heated & achieve crunchiness.
Food servings is regarded as quick. Environment is hygienic. They accept only cash. Checkout my ig;_humanburrito.bki
