Hi,
We were sad that one of our customer had an unpleasant experience in our store today. So we had already replied his comments/feedbacks on google map as well as sabahreview.com.
Once again we were truly sorry for the unpleasant experience today and thank you for giving us feedback.

Today we went as usual to have our usual sago with mango. But we found out thst the item no more in menu. We ordered something similar to that. And we was, served as oer attached picture. Usually they will give us in sealed cup. We shocked and ask the waiter for the explanation. It seems he is not happy with our complaint and just left the order on table. He dont even bother to inform us that the order is ready to collect. And for the business owner. Please focus on your packing material, previously it was ok and i dont know why there is sudden change in packing material. We make decision not to go anymore to this place. Thank you.

Can't believe this place not crowded😩
-Can sit down take ur time to eat HAHAHAH
-no worry very clean I know sometime dessert shop table sticky but this def clean
-Ordered choco and soy biscoff big portion , fluffy , EVEN GOT ICE CREAM ON TOP WITH CREAM
-Mid size people can share a bowl , foodie can finish one bowl urself :○
-Both not too sweet , sweet but 不腻 🤺
-Naice place to chill if ur lazy to go lintas or damai >:D

Attracted by this cute shop, and tried their signature mango pearl shaved ice…Price match with the portion great for sharing, only thing it is too sweet for us, almost sakit gigi having it… im not sure other flavors it is the same sweetness or not 😆

Nice place to visit in a hot day 🌞❄️🌞❄️ not even the shaved ice is cold, the environment is cold too 🤣

Thai milk tea rm10
Chocolate oreo shaved ice is sweet but the Thai milk tea is less sweet but the condensed milk brings up the flavor 👍🏻 AND THE PEARL IS SO NICE!!!!! is not like the normal brown sugar learn that hard to chew 🤣
Overall is good. But they did not show the number to pickup so all of the customer are guessing around 🙃
Will come back to try other flavors and also drinks.

The weather is super hot today and this banner just got me attracted at the basement carpark escalator.
Dessert is definitely not my thing 🥲
But this shaved ice I approved 🙆🏻♀️ So good!
The shaved ice is not like those we normally ate ABC or Chendol, is even softer than that! Hmmm, I’d say something like gelato.
What We ordered:
1) Chocolate - There is orea crumb on the side, the chocolate doesn’t feel like “low quality chocolate” it’s really got the “kaw-ness”
2) Thai Milk Tea - I think that is almond on the side 😋 like Chatramue Thai milk tea guyssssss, so good 🙆🏻♀️
3) Mango 🥭 - This a bit sweet, but it’s bearable. The mango ice is quite kaw as well. Match with the white pearl some more 👍
4) Cincau Milk - Cincau taste like Sandakan Yap’s cincau, so bouncy, bland so well with the milk, Not sweet 🙆🏻♀️
Will definitely travel far to ITCC again just for the shaved ice! 🥰

My sister brought my brother and I to try her friend's new shave ice shop this afternoon
We actually tried 3 different flavours. I only managed to take one. I was busy focusing on eating by the time the 2nd and 3rd flavour were being served 😂 Usually when we think of shaved ice, the texture is rather icy, but this one just melted in our mouths
1. Thai Milk Tea Almond
- Really tasted like Thai milk tea, if you like Thai milk tea, you can give this a try. Generous amount on the almond flakes. Really good combo
2. Chocolate Oreo
- Usual chocolate, it was okay, but the oreo crumbs were good. I don't usually like oreo dessert but this was acceptable for me
3. Milk Grass Jelly
- I like this the most, it's like drinking susu cincau but shaved ice form. The grass jelly so fresh, boing boing 🤤 plus it's not sweet too
Overall, all shaved ice got a scoop of ice cream and the cream on top, surprisingly the cream didn't taste very greasy (腻)
