🐷 Braised Mixed Pork with Handmade Noodle 🍜

This is an underrated coffee shop that offers mixed pork and beef with handmade noodles. I’ve been there several times for their mixed beef noodle, but this time I decided to try the braised mixed pork with dry mix noodles instead. I also asked for an add-on of braised pork tongue. The handmade noodle has a distinctive springy texture, it is slightly dense and bounce elasticity when I chew. The braised pork especially tongue part is incredibly tender, melted in your mouth with sweetness. However, Mr Hubby wasn’t happy with his hot drink because it didn’t taste as good as he’d hoped for. It’s made by a new young boy. The ratio of tea and milk was off, the balance of flavour wasn’t quite right. I enjoyed how savoury the noodle is after mixed with the braised pork gravy. Kthxbye.
