I've been eating this since I was a little girl 😂 My family and I would often go to this kopitiam to eat konlou mien on Sunday mornings 🥰
I'd always get the usual 干捞幼面 (konlou mien) or 干捞扁面 (konlou bian mien, flat noodles), switching around the toppings with either:
- 猪杂 (zhuchap)
- 烧肉 (sau nyuk/roasted pork)
- or 烧鸭 (roasted duck, not in the pic)
- and/or add on 皮蛋水饺 (century eggs dumplings)
They do have other food menu besides sau lap (烧腊), they have 煮炒 in the kitchen. It's either written on the menu (hung on the wall) or you can just ask what other food they sell
✅ For kopitiam standard, it's considered clean
✅ Since pandemic started, they provide hot water to dip the cutleries (self-service)
✅ The average spent per person usually inclusive of beverages (taste good too, got standard one, not watery and tasteless)
