【在 Inanam 吃天保啦啦粉之前，版主就提前试了那听说很好很好很好吃的京华纯火炭烧鸭】

在版主的古早味烧腊推荐名单里一共有两家，分别是京华美食餐室和和源记，而京华则是版主首选要打卡的食店，因为听很多吃过的人都赞不绝口，有的还直言道是全亚庇最好吃的，这样的口评又怎不叫版主心动呢!? 京华位于 Inanam Terminal，从市区驱车到那约需要十多分钟，附近还有著名的斗亚南面，天保啦啦粉和和源记烧腊。单看这一系列美食名单就懂 Inanam 就是一个美食天堂，若要找好吃的那来这里就准没错。两个人吃叫了一盘三拼烧腊，分别是烧鸭、烧肉和叉烧，然后再来碟干捞面 kosong。版主首先试的是他们的烧肉，单看卖相就已经让人口水直流，咬下去入口即化，而外层则香脆可口。实在太好吃了，这个烧肉真的一级棒 ! 吃完了还不过瘾，再来一小盘才够满足。接着就是招牌炭烧烧鸭，听说很多人来这也是为了牠。鸭肉烧的鲜嫩有嚼劲，肉汁依然完美的封锁在肉层内，再沾上他们的自家酱汁一起吃，这简直是人间美食 ! 反而，叉烧在烧肉和烧鸭的衬托之下就逊色了不少，但整体味道还算不错的。这家版主绝对强力推荐，第一次吃时就已经让版主不断回味在其中，还给自己设定了必须在离开亚庇前再来吃一次他家的烧肉。版主在上机前特地再来 Inanam 就是为了这让人无法自拔的广式烧腊，这次还叫了他们自家手工腊肠。果然，强将手下无弱兵，味道也是一样的美味。导航图: https://maps.app.goo.gl/iZQB8Bj7c5gvPn7y5

I regularly go here for 烧腊, still taste so 🤤🤤🤤

I've been eating this since I was a little girl 😂 My family and I would often go to this kopitiam to eat konlou mien on Sunday mornings 🥰 I'd always get the usual 干捞幼面 (konlou mien) or 干捞扁面 (konlou bian mien, flat noodles), switching around the toppings with either: - 猪杂 (zhuchap) - 烧肉 (sau nyuk/roasted pork) - or 烧鸭 (roasted duck, not in the pic) - and/or add on 皮蛋水饺 (century eggs dumplings) They do have other food menu besides sau lap (烧腊), they have 煮炒 in the kitchen. It's either written on the menu (hung on the wall) or you can just ask what other food they sell ✅ For kopitiam standard, it's considered clean ✅ Since pandemic started, they provide hot water to dip the cutleries (self-service) ✅ The average spent per person usually inclusive of beverages (taste good too, got standard one, not watery and tasteless)
