Food is ok but service omg
One of the service crew playing soap spray at the cutlery station while talking to his friend. He spray the soup at the bottom of the steel cup for hot water(place downwards) then another staff come and take the steel cup with his hand touching the bottom 😭then he take the cutlery with the same hand 😭
Not sure which table he send the cutlery but it was unhygienic 🫠
Kopi ping got alot franchise i think should train the workers well and also have a manager with full responsibility but not just chit chating

Kopi Ping Cafe has reopened after a recent renovation! The space is extremely cold with the powerful air-conditioning and impeccably hygienic, providing a cozy and inviting environment for dining in.
I ordered oxtail asam pedas rice and a bottled Kopi Ping for brunch before heading to work. Although the preparation for the oxtail took quite some time, however the texture fell short of my expectations.
The flavour is savoury with hints of tanginess and spiciness, complemented by mouthwatering plating. However, the texture is tough and chewy, with the meat not falling off the bone as expected. Haiyaaaa….

Despite this is the first kopi ping cafe, sadly they didn't maintain the quality of foods.
I ordered fish sauce seafood rice noodle, omega soft boiled egg, kahwin toasts (coconut jam with cold butter) & hot teh tarik madras (less sugar).
The fish sauce seafood rice noodle are pathetically tasteless. I taste no fish sauce & seems like I'm having ordinary stir fried rice noodle.
I've to pour some soy sauce to the rice noodle then I could taste it. Anyhow, the seafood are fresh though especially the fish fillets.
Despite they toasted following my request, I could barely taste the coconut jam nor the cold butter. my soft boiled Omega eggs are nearly fully cooked.
The only decent I'd from there is the hot teh tarik madras less sugar. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments.

It's just like fried chickhen with very mild butter sauce. The sauce is super bland. And it's very expensive too just for a butter chicken rice, like RM13 or something. This is really bad 😔, totally not worth my money.

The most dissapointing club sandwich I have ever had. The bread not toasted and it was very dried, even the tomato sauce is the most tasteless I ever have(big thumb can make even a tomato sauce tasteless)
The tuaran mee is not crispy and no "wok"...
Both are dissapointing for taste, price and environment.
Even the service is bad where the waitress keeps confusing our menu.
