I find this place mediocre, just a cafe version of Hainanese kopitiam. Ngl, I really like the whole vibe of this place, but the food and drinks err... 😅 But it's hard to find authentic Hainanese kopitiam in KK. Tbh, if you want bread and coffee, just go to your regular kopitiam. And would I give this place another try some other time in the future? Perhaps yes, maybe no, here's why... 1. Sando Onsen Dashi Mayo - Maybe I expected it to be served warm, but it's rather cold, I guess it's because of the egg mayo part is cold 😅 Some pasta salad on the side. Seasoned well, but nothing special. For a person who doesn't like eating white bread, I somehow like eating their white bread 😂 2. Iced Cham (coffee + milk tea) - Tasted rather milky, but I prefer mine more on the coffee taste 😌 3. Braised Pork Belly Rice - My brother had this, he said overall it's fine but he thinks the portion could be bigger, cuz the pork belly only several pieces, plus he can eat a lot 4. Tonkatsu Pork Cutlet Rice + Hot Uji Matcha Latte - Had this exactly 1 day before MCO 1.0. Pork cutlet was rather dry, although there's some sauce on the side, it couldn't compensate the whole plate of rice. Personally I like my rice with more sauce to make it wet 😅 The matcha latte I didn't expect much when I first saw the colour. It tasted like green tea, not matcha. The difference between green tea and matcha, iykyk lah

its located in a quiet neighbourhood. we had some toasted bread, pork belly rice, coffee and lemon tea. the bread and coffee is very good. but the pork belly rice taste weird and it costs rm15. don't think its worth it. the downside is its very hard to find parking and the distance between table felt cramped. Nice interior btw.
