Perfect place to get breakfast, the dimsums all are fresh, paired with a pot of tea, perfect way to start the day.

For this recently 1-2 years , Lok Tien is my Fav place for dimsum !
Very fresh , variety of choices..
Pai Kuat , 猪肠粉 , Siu Mai , and fried Prawn 🥰🥰🥰
If you need extra sambal you can request from them , so far no extra charge yet 🤣
Bad thing is , very hard to find parking / limited parking available 🥲

My Second visit, went back for their Konlo Mee.
Konlo Mee (Mixed Pork 叉烧烧肉-RM9.80)
- like the texture of the noodle, an option other than 纯正火炭烧腊 (the one at foh sang can be really salty sometime). Siu Yuk was okay, but the Char Siu sad case, using all lean meat thus too dry for me. Maybe I should order the Konlo Mee with seafood or wantan 🤔 It’s bit bit bit salty this time, but still nice. My freind ordered Konlo Mee Kosong (RM4.50).
Din sum we ordered:
1) Siew Mai 烧卖 (3 pieces) (RM6.80)
2) Century Egg Mai 皮蛋卖 (3 pieces) (RM6.80)
3) Salad Prawn 沙律虾 (3 pieces) (RM7.80)
Din Sum was okay, but Siew Mai I would definitely still prefer Wong Kok Luyang.
Service charge and tax applied on bill.
Parking spaces SUPER LIMITED, we turned round and round looking for parking.

Din manage to take much food photos as we were too hungry after our grave cleaning. Their dimsum is quite good portion and freshhh, they have tomyam siew mai and bacon roll which is not seen at other dim sum restaurant.
Quite a lot of people, we queue up for number to wait for our seat. But the waiting is not too long, about 10mins ( It was number 4 when we took our number and ours was num 12)
They have both air cond and open air seating area (pic3). Pic 4 & pic 5 is the menu for your reference .
Extra info: Their toilet is so nicely renovated , with air cond and music . Hahaha

I think this is the best dim sum place in kk currently if there is a ranking board.
You can really taste that the ingredients are fresh.
Place is clean, open air, and they recently renovated next shoplot, so its really big. The downside is really hard to find parking. I don't know how they gonna settle this. Always pusing pusing but ended up no parking and left.
Service is okay. Nothing to complain about. Most Chinese come here and wongkok in luyang for dim sum nowadays.
Highly recommended. No regrets.

Love their dim sum here. Always feel so fresh, no frozen meat taste
Today tried out their porridge. Omg, so love it.
Also, their wo kwok, must order! We willing to wait for 10 minutes

They have variety of foods for dim sum and main course. Their Siew Mai is nice. Need to come earlier else need to queue for the table.
