Authentic japanese cuisine is what they served here, one of my favourite dish was the crispy bread with roe & caviar, Honestly just first bite of it i almost forgot whats my family surname! Just joking 😂Anyway it was my first experience makan omakase style, I never eated a whale 🐳 meat before it’s taste like rare steak 🥩.The experience is quite different. You need an advance reservation at this place, they only take 11-14pax one time inside their restaurant. Our turn to come was 6 months after we made the reservation. Okay byeee!

Operated by Chef Makoto. Lunch menu is vary based on the fresh ingredients he has on that day, but walk in isn't available everyday. Premium Chirashi Don served with hot miso seaweed soup, Japanese cucumber pickle & free flow hot green tea. Air flown sea urchin from Hokkaido is sweet, caviar taste umami, fresh sashimi taste light & subtle to the pallete, scallops are huge & soft, like marshmallow. Interior design is Omakase style, with light focus at the counter, surrounding are dark with black woods wall. His restaurant fit 8-10 people. Absolutely amazing experience at Makoto. Not easy to make a reservation, but definitely worth a try. Will go back again and again. The fish are super fresh, I’m pretty sure you can’t get anything better than this in KK. 😍
