Barista Amirul in the house! and Jocelyn, the friendly and warm owners at Nova, truly make the place special!
We dropped by at 3 PM. Being on the 3rd floor (no lift, so consider it a mini mini workout!) with those fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings (which i like), some spots were warm. I'm sure the owners are already working on ways to cool things down!
Coffee very good good. Nova uses their own special blended beans, and Mr. Amirul is clearly a pro at brewing.
Matcha latte : very beautiful and nice
Lemon cake: zesty
What I really respect is how the owners keep things simple – they just focus on what they do best: brewing excellent coffee and sharing their knowledge. That dedication clearly leads to great results!
And for those interested, barista classes are available. This actually is the main function of this space as Mr. Amirul is a Barista trainer.
