Fried Salmon Head and Tuna Sushi
Usually Shake Kabuto is grilled salmon head but not sure why here they served it as fried salmon head. Quite oily but they came with vegetables.
Tuna sushi very thick tender and tasty xD quite recommended actually
Environment is quite comfortable.. aircon very cold also
