🫐 Blueberry Cheesecake with Crumbs in Bagel form 🥯

This bakery café is owned by a former young architect, Jackson (one of Basic Treat founder). You’ll often find him behind the counter, preparing drinks and meals. He shares the space with his girlfriend, with just 5 tables and limited seating. For larger groups, he suggests sitting next door, where his girlfriend runs her nail salon. His bagel selection leans toward the sweet side, but for those craving something savoury, the focaccia sandwich is a great choice which launched not long ago. His signature offering is the blueberry cream cheese bagel, which I paired with one of his specials, a pistachio cafe latte—making it a creamy and nutty combination. The combination of the cream cheese, blueberry and crumbs offers a rich, tangy creaminess and crunchy, tying everything together create a such indulgent taste. The inner part of the bagel becomes lightly crispy after toasting, while maintaining its dense, chewy, and doughy texture with each bite. Kthxbye.
