I've came across advertisement banner multiple times for the authentic Indo-Fusion Padang cuisine establishment located at 88 Marketplace. I was opting for the Nasi Padang Campur & Balado.
Nasi Padang Campur:
steamed white rice accompanied by grilled chicken thigh, beef rendang, grilled eggplant, scrambled egg with chopped chilli, gulai gravy & sambal hijau.
Balado (means 'with chilli')
Balado chicken thigh served with spicy red chilli, boiled veggie & steamed white rice.
The meals had a relatively lighter taste profile, with the sambal itself taking the spotlight as the primary flavour to enhance the dishes. Satisfactory service, they accept cash & e-wallets for payment.
