Located within the Monocolo Boutique Hotel, Quarter Restaurant seamlessly blends into the hotel's modern minimalist aesthetic, featuring sleek black tones, clean lines, and a chic yet cozy ambiance. The contemporary design enhances the dining experience, making it both stylish and inviting.
We tried the ‘Mala’ Carbonara Squid Ink Spaghetti, a bold fusion of spicy mala heat, creamy carbonara, and squid ink umami—a truly exciting dish.
The Fish and Chips delivered classic comfort with a crispy golden crust, while the Matchagato (vanilla ice cream with oat crumble and matcha sauce) provided a creamy, crunchy, and slightly bitter-sweet finish.
A great spot to consider trying for those who enjoy creative fusion cuisine in a stylish environment!

Overall im satisfied with the foods, my parents love the creamy udon with mentaiko, for Mala i felt just so so cuz im personally not into Mala thingings, the sweet potato fries is awesome! It was big size n sweet😌,the tomyam seafood squid ink noodle also quite delicious, rich thick creamy tomyam full with Umami taste! also i had my fav matcha latte as well it was creamy the matcha taste abit light but that was okay😌😌
