Found a nice place for dakgalbi.. The food here all is nice including kimchi pancake and stir fried octopus.. Especially when the boss show us on how to make soju cocktail with calamansi..😎😎.. Absolutely will come again for other dishes#foodpornsabah #foodinkk #foodgasm

这是一道来自韩国江原道春川市乡土美食。
起司和鸡排的结合，加上甜辣的口味，真的超级好吃
这家店是由一对韩国夫妇开的也是沙巴第一家春川铁板鸡排。老板娘精通中文和马来文，点餐也非常方便
我选的是一个配套，里面包括有2份鸡肉，一份炒饭和一份起司
(配菜有年糕，马铃薯，地瓜，青葱，包菜和洋葱）
赠送的小菜可以免费续加
首先老板娘会先帮你把鸡肉和配菜用韩式辣椒酱炒至半熟，然后上面再铺上一半的起司🧀️
(另外一半炒饭时会用到）
会焖个几分钟，好让起司融化拉丝
鸡肉和年糕裹上起司一起吃✨一口下去幸福感拉满
也可以包上生菜和小菜一起吃
吃到剩一半时可以叫老板娘帮你加白米饭和起司一起炒
辣度对我来说有点辣，两个人吃刚刚好。
他们家也有卖其他的小吃如炒年糕，煎饼，韩式炒冬粉，盖盖饭等。
他们家还有一份需要提前一天预定的海参鸡汤。
(意思是海鲜+鸡汤）
里面有一只鸡和一个超大的章鱼腿适合3-4个人吃
下次有机会会来试试的
